ABOUT US

CLIENTS

×´FASTCH2ANGE is more than just a European research project ,  it is a shared vision for a safer, cleaner, and more sustainable hydrogen future. We believe that the green hydrogen transition must go hand in hand with the elimination of hazardous substances like PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), which are commonly used today in electrolyzer technologies. Through FASTCH2ANGE, we aim to create fluorine-free alternatives that maintain high performance while reducing environmental and health risks.×´

Work Plan

FASTCH2ANGE WP plan is described in 9 WPs for an overall project of 3 years. First the project management will be detailed in WP1 and WP11, then the technical requirements will be defined in WP2. In WP3 the PEMEL modelling will be delivered. The development of PFAS-free PEMs, CCMs, diffusion layers, and sealing components will be performed in WP4, WP5, and WP6, respectively. In WP7 the TRL4 scale demonstration of the newly designed PEMEL cell, while WP8 and WP9 will deal with the sustainability assessment (WP8) and C&D&E (WP9 and WP10) of the project.
